Roscato & Cavit Rebates (Terms)

REBATE OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Eligibility:

Offer valid for legal U.S. residents age 21 or older who purchase eligible products from the following states: Rhode Island (RI), Connecticut (CT), Massachusetts (MA), New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), Maryland (MD), Michigan (MI), Virginia (VA), Tennessee (TN), and New Hampshire (NH).
Purchases must be made between May 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025.
All receipts must be submitted by July 10, 2025 to be eligible.

Rebate Details:

Cavit (750ml+): Receive $18 cash back per receipt when purchasing six (6) bottles.
Roscato (750ml+): Receive $15 cash back per receipt when purchasing six (6) bottles.
Rebates are valid on individual brand purchases only; bottles must be all Cavit or all Roscato per receipt.

How to Redeem:

Visit www.palmbayrebates.com/BJs or
Text BJs to the designated rebate number to receive a submission link.
Upload a clear, dated, and store-identified cash register receipt showing eligible items.
Only itemized receipts will be accepted. Rebate will be issued via digital payment upon verification.

Additional Terms:

Offer may not be purchased, sold, or transferred, and is void where prohibited.
Sales tax is the responsibility of the consumer.
Offer not available to employees, officers, or agents of Palm Bay International, their affiliates, or licensed wholesalers and retailers.
